The study is based on a real world project that has been implemented in a multinational company. Both the graduate project study and company's project started at the same time. This project has been completed in three months and now it is in use. At the beginning of the study some literature survey has been done. Several project meetings have been hold in the company. I have attended as the project manager for this job. All processes have been managed ve developed by myself with the support of my administration team.
