Özet
In this work, we propose a design methodology based on Simplified Real Frequency Technique (SRFT) for constructing an ultra wideband microwave amplifier. The particular design presented in this paper operates over 800-5200 MHz to target GSM, UMTS, Wi-Fi and WiMAX applications. The wideband amplifier design concept is presented in a theoretical perspective and a SRFT based design example is given by using S-parameters of a commercially available 63mW lowpower NPN discrete transistor BFU760F of NXP Corporation.
