Karma fonksiyonlu yüksek binalarda çatı-teras bahçelerinin tasarımdaki etkileri

Karma fonksiyonlu (konut, ofis, alışveriş vb.) yüksek binalar, yaşayan ya da çalışan kullanıcıların talep/ihtiyaca karşılık vermeye çalışmaktadır. Bu talep/ihtiyaç binanın bulunduğu konum, çevresi, iklim şartları, yapısal fonksiyonu ve diğer komşu yapılarının durumuna göre de değişkenlik göstermektedir. Karma fonksiyonlu yüksek binaların, çevreye, bulunduğu şehre ve kullanıcılara göre de olumlu ve olumsuz etkenleri de beraberinde getirebilmektedir. Olumsuz koşulları minimum seviyeye indirgemek için kentsel yaşam alanlarının tasarım yaklaşımlarıyla birlikte alternatif birçok mekân/ alan sunmaktadır. Özellikle bu burum büyük şehirlerde karma fonksiyonlu yapılarda görmek mümkündür. Kullanıcılar için, konut, ofis alışveriş merkezi mekan/alanları da oluşturarak, fiziksel, çevresel ve psikolojik açıdan da etkiler oluşturarak, karma fonksiyonlu yapıları tercih edilme sebepleri arasında da yer alabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; karma fonksiyonlu yüksek binalardaki çatı-teras bahçelerinin tasarımdaki etkilerini incelemektir. Literatürde konuyla ilgili karma fonksiyonlu yüksek binalardaki çatı-teras bahçelerinin yeterli sayıda araştırma olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna bağlı olarak araştırma için; yüksek binalardaki çatı ve teras bahçelerinin kullanıcıya park ve bahçeler gibi dış mekân deneyimi sunması konu olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden, betimsel durum analizi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında birinci eksende yüksek binalardaki çatı ve teras bahçeleri, ikinci eksende karma fonksiyonlu yüksek binalardaki çatı-teras bahçelerinin tasarımdaki etkileri, son eksende ise Amerika, Avrupa, Uzakdoğu ve Türkiye’de yer alan yüksek binalarda çatı ve teras bahçeleri örneklerle incelenmiştir.

High-rise buildings with mixed functions (housing, office, shopping, etc.) try to meet the demands/needs of living or working users. This demand/need also varies according to the location of the building, its surroundings, climatic conditions, structural function and the situation of other neighboring structures. Mixedfunction high-rise buildings can also bring positive and negative factors according to the environment, city and users. It offers many alternative spaces/spaces with the design approaches of urban living spaces in order to minimize adverse conditions. It is possible to see this phenomenon especially in mixed-function buildings in big cities. Mixed-functional structures can also be among the reasons for preference, by creating residential, office, shopping center spaces/areas and creating physical, environmental and psychological effects for users. The aim of this study; The aim of this study is to examine the design effects of roof-terrace gardens in mixedfunction high-rise buildings. In the literature, it has been determined that there is not enough research on roofterrace gardens in mixed-function high-rise buildings on the subject. Accordingly, for research; Roof and terrace gardens in high-rise buildings offer the user an outdoor experience like parks and gardens. The study was carried out using descriptive situation analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. Within the scope of the research, roof and terrace gardens in high-rise buildings on the first axis, the effects of roof-terrace gardens in mixed-function high-rise buildings on the second axis, and on the last axis, roof and terrace gardens in high-rise buildings in America, Europe, Far East and Turkey were examined with examples.
