dc.description.abstract | The belief that heavies metal pollution is only gotten high intense industries is a common perception of people living in rural areas (Brown et al. 2003). In reality, nowadays, roadways and automobiles are considered to be one of the largest sources of heavy metals. Lead (Pb), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) are the most common heavy metals produced from automobiles. Small or little amounts of other metals like nickel and cadmium are found to originate from carparks, bus stops, the roadside, and automobile exhaust (Brown et al. 2003). | en_US |
