dc.description.abstractYaşanan pandemi süreciyle birlikte fziki mekânlarda bir arada bulunamama hali eğitim modellerinde de yeni yaklaşımların oluşmasını sağlamış, bu duruma çözüm ise uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarında bulunmuştur. Lisans düzeyinde hem teorik hem de uygulamalı birçok dersin uzaktan eğitim modeline adapte olmaya çalıştığı görülmektedir. Bu süreçte yüz yüze eğitime dayalı olan uygulamalı derslerin, uzaktan eğitim sürecine adapte olma durumlarının teorik derslere oranla daha zor olduğu deneyimlenmiştir. Çalışma bu kapsamda İç Mimarlık ve Çevre Tasarımı bölümü birinci sınıf stüdyo dışı uygulamalı dersleri olan ‘Teknik Çizim’ ve ‘Desen’ derslerinin uzaktan eğitime geçilmesiyle birlikte eğitim ortamı ve sürecinde yaşanan değişimlerin incelenmesini amaçlar. Ayrıca öğrenim çıktıları ve içerikleri birbirini destekleyecek şekilde kurgulanan bu iki ders üzerinden ders işbirliklerinin verimliliği de tartışmaya açılmasını hedefer. Örgün eğitimde manuel (uygulamalı) yöntemler üzerinden ilerleyen bir eğitim kurgusuna sahip olan bu iki ders uzaktan eğitim süreciyle birlikte sadece ders ortamını değil aynı zamanda çizim ve sunum yöntemlerini de dijitale taşımıştır. Bu değişimin getirdiği yeni verilere süreci aktif bir biçimde deneyimleyen öğrencilere uygulanan anket yöntemiyle ulaşılmıştır. Aynı zamanda süreci kurgulayan ve deneyimleyen ders yürütücülerinin öznel değerlendirmeleri anket çıktıları ile paralel olarak okunmuş ve yorumlanmıştır. Başkent Üniversitesi İç Mimarlık ve Çevre Tasarımı Bölümü lisans öğrencilerine yönelik yapılan çalışma; birinci sınıf ‘teknik çizim ve desen’ dersini alan iki farklı öğrenci grubu üzerinden kurgulanmıştır. Yüz yüze eğitim alan grup (2019-2020 güz dönemi) ve uzaktan eğitimle lisans eğitimine başlayan grup (2020-2021 güz dönemi) üzerinden veriler toplanmıştır. Bu kapsamda yüz yüze ve uzaktan eğitime ilişkin program içerikleri incelenmiş, dersin dönem bazlı yöntem değişiklikleri yorumlanmış ve dersin hedef çıktıları karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmanın değişen tasarım eğitimi yaklaşımlarının değerlendirilmesi, dersler arası işbirliklerinin kurgulanması ve örgün-uzaktan eğitim ikilemi arasında kalan sistemin geliştirilmesi adına önem taşıdığı düşünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractDuring the Pandemic, the inability to be together in physical spaces has provided new problems in education models, and the solution to this situation is in distance education applications. It is seen that both the theoretical and practical courses of undergraduate study try to adapt to the distance education model. In this process, it has been experienced that the adaptation of practical lessons to face-to-face and formal education and distance education is more diffcult and complicated than theoretical lessons. This study aims to examine the changes in the educational environment with the transition to distance education of “Technical Drawing” and “Drawing” courses, which are frst year non-studio applied courses. In addition, the learning outcomes and the effciency of these course collaborations, which were designed to support what we learned, were also discussed. These two courses, which have an educational setup that progresses through manual (applied) methods in formal education, have brought not only the lesson environment but also the drawing and presentation methods to digital with the distance education process. The new data brought about by this change has been reached by the method of asking questions by experience. At the same time, the lesson that actively constructs and experiences the process is explained. The study conducted for Başkent University Interior Architecture and Environmental Design undergraduate students. It is based on two different groups of students who take the frst grade ‘technical drawing and design’ course. Data were collected from the group that received face-to-face learning (2019-2020 fall semester) and the group that started undergraduate education with the distance education process (2020-2021 fall semester). In this context, the program contents related to face-to-face and distance education were examined, the semester-based method changes of the course were interpreted and the target outcomes of the course were analyzed comparatively. It is thought that the work carried out is important in terms of evaluating the changing design education approaches, constructing collaborations between lessons and developing the system that is between the formal-virtual education dilemma.en_US
