Depending on the business process, new tasks may be constructed. The competence level differences between workers may cause losing time for finishing a project/task. These tasks should be completed by the personnel who have enough competence level in time. The learning process should be in an innovative manner that will increase the performance of the learner and therefore the enterprise where it has the possibility of individualizing the learning. In this thesis, a model for corporate e-learning has been developed and a prototype of that model has been implemented, which is called Learnomotive. Learnomotive is a competence development model that enables learners to choose the desired task with the desired available learning method of their own and plan their competence development process. Therefore; learners may be able to determine the tasks they want to have competence with and personalize Learnomotive depending on their usage. Learnomotive may be used for competence development purposes whereas it may also be used for human resources departments to determine the overall efficiency of the enterprise and the personnel.
