dc.description.abstractA mobile haemodialysis patient care expert system is explaining the situations and their treatments which required urgent enterprise during the interval of the two hemodialysis sessions. The user of this system is the adult haemodialysis patients. The expert system make the diagnosis and then decides to choose which treatment the patient required according to diagnosis. . The first part of the expert system uses the blood reports showing the laboratory values of the haemodialysis patients. The haemodialysis patient care expert system includes the rules that depends on the electrolytes levels in the blood. Second part of the system is decided the treatment involved in the questions. This expert system's difference is the treatment part because the haemodialysis patients can do the advices by themselves at home, that the system gives. The mobility of the system is another important point that the expert system has. The patient can use this system everywhere. The only thing she/he feel in need is the cell phone.en_US
dc.description.abstractMobil bir hasta bakım uzman sistemi iki hemodiyaliz seansı arasında akut girişim gerektiren durumları ve onların tedavilerini açıklıyor. Bu sistemin kullanıcısı yetişkin hemodiyaliz hastalarıdır. Uzman sitem önce tanıyı koyuyor ve ondan sonra tanıya göre hastanın hangi tedaviye gereksinim duyduğunu seçiyor. Uzman sistemin ilk kısmı hemodiyaliz hastalarının laboratuar değerlerini gösteren kan raporlarını kullanıyor. Hemodiyaliz hasta bakım uzman sistemi kandaki elektrolit seviyelerine bağlı olan kuralları içerir. Sistemin ikinci kısmı sorularla ilgili tedaviye karar verir. Uzman sistemin farkı tedavi kısmıdır. Çünkü hemodiyaliz hastaları sistemin verdiği önerileri kendileri yapabilirler. Bu uzman sistemin diğer önemli bir özelliği de sistemin mobil olmasıdır. Bu sistemden hasta her yerde faydalanabilir. Hastanın gereksinim duyduğu tek şey cep telefonudur.en_US
