Çağdaş sanatta beden kullanımı olarak çirkinin estetiği

Sanat tarihi içerisinde ve sanat dalları çerçevesinde beden ve beden estetiği; mitolojiler, Antik Yunan, Orta Çağ ve çağdaş sanat akımları içerisinde en çok kullanılan metaforik ve biçimsel öğelerden birisidir. Bu bağlamda estetik kavramlarından güzellik ve çirkinlik algılarına kadar tarih öncesi mitlere de başvurularak bedenin sanat tarihi içerisindeki imgelerinin kavramsal çerçevesi ve tarihsel arka planları incelendikten sonra tarih öncesi mitlerden başlayarak günümüzdeki sanat akımları içerisinde beden ve bedendeki çirkinlik estetiği incelenmiş ve bu konu üzerine çalışmış sanatçıların eserleri ve üslupları bu bağlamda tartışılmıştır.

Body and body aesthetics in art history and within the framework of art branches is one of the most used metaphoric and formal elements of ancient mythologies, Greek, Middle Ages and contemporary art movements. In this context, starting from prehistoric myths, the aesthetics of ugliness in body and body is examined and the works and styles of the artists who worked on this subject were discussed in this context from the aesthetic concepts to the perception of beauty and ugliness, after examining the conceptual framework and historical background of the images of the body in art history by referring to prehistoric myths.
