    A designing practice and two coding practices for extreme programming (XP)

    This paper introduces three new XP practices and reports the experience of applying them to web based software development. These are issue- based programming, comment-first coding and just in time code ownership. The example project is development of an on-line student information and registration software for a university.

    Tel file geometrilerinin sıradüzensel küme bölüntüleme ile spektral kodlaması

    Çalışmamızda bir dönüşümle elde edilen spektral katsayılar kullanılarak betimlenen tel file geometri bilgisi, katsayılara bütün bit düzlemlerinde en doğru öncelikler atanarak sıradüzensel bir küme bölüntüleme algoritmasıyla aşamalı biçimde kodlanmaktadır. Kullanılan spektral dönüşüm [8]’de önerilmekte ve geometri bilgisinin topolojiden belirlenen birimdik bir doğuray üzerine düşümlenerek katsayıların elde edilmesi ilkesine dayanmaktadır. Kodlamada kullanılan küme bölüntüleme yöntemi, üç ayrı uzamsal koordinata ait farklı katsayıların bitlerine her bit düzleminde doğru önceliği tanımakta ve katsayıların bit düzlemlerindeki sıfırları birleşik kodladığı için dolaylı bit atamasını başararak tamamen gömülü bir yapıyı sağlayabilmektedir. Yaygın düzensiz tel filelerle yapılan deneylerde önerilen yöntemin hız-bozunum başarımı, [8]’deki kodlama yönteminin hız-bozunum başarımına göre açık bir üstünlük sağlamaktadır.

    Sadece kaynak kod kullanarak otomatik yorum oluşturma

    Bu çalışmada, kaynak kodlara metot seviyesinde yorum ekleme işinin otomatikleştirilmesi anlatılmaktadır. Kodların, Java programlama dilinin sözdizim kurallarına uygun olması yeterli olup, çalışabilir durumda olması beklenmemektedir. Yorum üretmek için kaynak kod biçimsel açıdan incelenir. Bu aşamada ilgili metodun sadece imzasına ve geri döndürdüğü veri tipine ihtiyaç duyulur. Açık kaynak kodlu Java projeleri üzerinde yapılan çalışmayla farklı metot türleri için farklı şablonlar geliştirilmiştir. Yazılımcının geliştirdiği kodun incelenmesi sonucu derlenen bilgi ile bu şablonlardan en uygun olanı seçilir ve metinler oluşturulur. Bu metinler metodun amacını açıklar. Oluşturulan metinler yorum olarak kaynak koda eklenmektedir.

    Joint space time block code and modulation classification for MIMO systems

    Non-cooperative identification of unknown communication signals is a popular research area with widespread civilian and military applications. Multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems employing multi-antenna transmission pose new challenges to signal identification systems, such as the classification of the employed space time block code (STBC) and modulation in the presence of the self-interference inherent to the multi-antenna transmission. In the existing literature, these two classification problems have been handled separately, despite the fact that they are interrelated. This letter presents a novel approach to MIMO signal identification by considering the modulation type and the STBC classification tasks as a joint classification problem.

    Creating important statement type comments in autocomment: Automatic comment generation framework

    This study explains important statement comments generated by Autocomment, which is an automatic comment generation framework described in [1]. To create the comments, the source code is not expected to be runnable, but to conliffm to the syntax rules of the Java programming language. Two types of comments are created: summary comments and important statement comments. How the important statements are extracted in a given Java source, how they are classified, how comments are generated for each type of important statement have been explained in this work.
