The Hamiltonian describing the interactions between the atoms within the system is obtained from the embedded atom method. The parallel implementation speeds up calculation by an order of magnitude. In this study, Human's Lossless Compression Algorithm is optimized and implemented on a Electric Meter Reader Modem (DR-502-DCL). Compression Algorithm used for storing the data which is measured by the electric meter. Huffman's Algorithm optimized for memory (RAM) on a multi-threaded embedded system. STM32F412 microcontroller and Winbond 128mbit embedded ash memory is used for this study. Compression ratio of %59 is reached with eliminating repetitive character groups.
