Yerel yönetimlerde sosyal sorumluluk projesi uygulaması olarak sosyal hayata katılım engelsiz yaşam

Sosyal sorumluluk kavramı sosyal dayanışmanın gelişiminin bir göstergesi, kurum imajı açısından son derece olumlu bir kavram, aynı zamanda uzmanlık gerektiren stratejik bir iletişim aracıdır. Çalışmada başarılı bir sosyal sorumluluk projesinde uygulamanın kurama olan gerekliliğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Amaç doğrultusunda, sosyal sorumluluk kavramının teorik altyapısı incelenerek, gerek uygulamada uyulması gereken ölçütler gerekse projeyi uygulayan Belediye'nin3 ihtiyaca yönelik olarak hayata geçirdiği sosyal sorumluluğun sürdürülebilirliği, yaygınlaştırılması ve yaptığı katkı irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada sosyal sorumluluk kavramına ve dezavantajlı grupların tanıtılmasına yer verilmiştir. Yerel yönetimlerde sosyal sorumluluk projelerinin taşıması gereken özelliklere değinilmiştir. Sosyal sorumluluk örnek uygulaması ‘Biz Gönüllüyüz Biz Öğretiriz’ projesi detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Genel sonuçlar özetlenmiştir.

The concept social responsibility is an indicator of the development of social solidarity, an extremely positive corporate image in terms of concept, but also a strategic communications tool that requires expertise. The need for a successful theory study aimed to investigate the application of social responsibility project. Purpose is examining the theoretical background of the concept of social responsibility, criteria need to be complied with sustainability and discussed in terms of its contribution. In this study the concept of social responsibility and the presentation of disadvantaged groups are included. Social responsibility projects in local governments, which must bear the characteristics mentioned. A social responsibility 'We are Volunteers We Teach' project examined in detail. Results are summarized.
